Actor Aahana Kumra shared a photo on the big screen with Ratna and others as she watched the film at the theatre. Taking to Instagram Stories, she wrote, “Just watched a very touching, beautiful film… it celebrates friendship and travel…” Actor Gulshan Devaiah also tweeted about the film. The film was announced in May 2022. Dak Dak was shot dead in Greater Noida, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh and also in Ladakh.
